Privacy Policy

1. Information we collect

We only collect information that you actively enter into the forms on this website, namely: full name, phone number, email, company name, location, service requirements or job application details. The website does not automatically collect personal data beyond what you provide.

2. Purpose of use

The information is used to advise on workforce services or to process job applications, and to contact you in response to your request. We do not use the information for any other purpose without your consent.

3. How information is submitted

When you press submit, the information in the form is sent directly to our intake system over an encrypted connection (HTTPS) and stored so that the responsible team can get back to you. The website does not upload CV files automatically; if you need to send a CV, please email it to chungbui@bc-outsourcing.com.vn.

4. Who receives the information

The information you send is received by CÔNG TY TNHH BC-OUTSOURCING via the email address chungbui@bc-outsourcing.com.vn. We do not sell or trade your information to third parties for commercial purposes.

5. Retention period

Information is retained for as long as necessary to process your consulting or recruitment request, after which it is deleted or archived for internal management purposes.

6. Your rights

You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information. Please contact chungbui@bc-outsourcing.com.vn or call 0975 958 505 for assistance.

7. Protection of information

We apply reasonable measures to limit unauthorised access and to protect the information you provide. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is completely secure; please take this into account when sharing sensitive information.

8. Traffic statistics and cookies

This website uses two tools to count visits, both solely to understand which content is useful to visitors:

1. Google Analytics 4. It sets a cookie in your browser and sends Google technical data such as your IP address (truncated by Google), device type, browser, country and the pages you viewed. We do not use this data to identify you personally, do not run advertising, do not use Facebook Pixel or any remarketing tool, and we have turned off every data-sharing option with other Google products. To opt out, block cookies in your browser or install Google’s own Google Analytics opt-out add-on. Please note that Google Analytics does not automatically honour the browser “Do Not Track” signal.

2. Our own counter. Our web server records page views directly. This counter sends data to no third party. Each page view stores exactly the following:

• A visitor ID — a random string generated by your own browser and stored in it. It contains no name, email, phone number or IP address, and is not linked to anything you have submitted through a form. Clearing your browsing data removes it, and you are then counted as a new visitor.
• An event ID — a random string used to avoid double counting.
• A timestamp and the page path you viewed.
• Where you came from — at domain level only, e.g. “google”, “facebook” or “direct”. We do not store the full address of the page you clicked from.
• Device type, browser and operating system as broad categories, e.g. “mobile / Chrome / Android”.

We do not store your IP address in any form, not even hashed. The counter does honour the “Do Not Track” and “Global Privacy Control” signals: if your browser sends either, your visit is not recorded. You may also delete the visitor ID at any time by clearing this site’s data in your browser.

Opting out of either tool does not affect your use of this website or your ability to submit a form.
